We started 20 years ago with a bed and breakfast in North London. We have since grown to become one of NW London’s biggest private landlords with over 150 flats in our portfolio. We are a friendly, family run business who pride ourselves in an excellent service to our tenants.
Our office is based in West Hampstead and we employ full time staff to oversee the administration of your tenancy, maintenance, and cleaning of the communal areas. When you have a problem, we endeavor to respond immediately.
Unlike a lot of other landlords in London, we take care of our properties. That’s means no shabby carpet, flats that are in good condition, flats that regularly get painted or remodeled when necessary, and in some cases brand new furniture.
We take references on all of our tenants and expect them to be working and of sound financial means.
